Important Consumer Notice (CROA): You have a right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days of signing. It is unlawful for a credit repair organization to charge or receive payment before services are fully performed. 1. Services
We provide credit education, assistance drafting dispute letters based on information you give us, and coaching on building positive credit habits. We are not a law firm, credit bureau, or creditor, and we do not give legal or tax advice.
2. Tennessee Registration & Bond
Right Way Credit Solution operates as a Credit Services Business under Tennessee Code Annotated § 47-18-1001 et seq. Tennessee requires registration with the state and a $100,000 surety bond filed with the Department of Commerce & Insurance. We comply with applicable registration and bonding requirements. 3. No Advance Fees; Pricing & Billing
We charge only for services after they are performed, consistent with CROA. Legal Information Institute
Your pricing will be stated on your order form (e.g., pay-per-work item completed, monthly fee billed after monthly services, or flat fee upon delivery).
Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card. Late payments may pause services.
4. 3-Business-Day Right to Cancel (CROA)
You may cancel for any reason until midnight of the third business day after signing. To cancel, email info@rightwcs.com or mail/deliver a signed, dated notice to our address. If you cancel, you owe no payment for unperformed services. Legal Information Institute
5. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information and documentation.
Do not submit false or misleading information. CROA prohibits making untrue or misleading statements about your credit or encouraging you to do so. Legal Information Institute
You are responsible for monitoring mail/email from CRAs and creditors and forwarding responses to us promptly.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any particular score increase, account deletion, loan approval, or outcome. Results vary based on your individual credit history and actions.
7) Term & Termination
Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues month-to-month (or until the specified service package is delivered).
You may cancel anytime (see Section 4).
We may terminate for nonpayment or misuse, with notice.
8. Communications Consent (TCPA) & E-SIGN
You consent to receive calls and texts (including autodialed) at the number provided for service and account updates; consent isn’t a condition of purchase; message/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. 9. Privacy & Information Security
Our handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). Where GLBA applies, we will provide required privacy notices and, if applicable, opt-out rights regarding certain sharing. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
10. Dispute Resolution
Please contact us first to resolve concerns. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the state and federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and governed by Tennessee law and applicable federal law (including CROA). Nothing here waives your non-waivable rights under CROA.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Sever-ability; Entire Agreement; Changes
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. This Agreement plus your order form and Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. We may update these terms for legal/compliance reasons and will notify you of material changes.
