• Credit-related: copies of credit reports you provide, dispute data, creditor/collection information, supporting documents.
• Transactional: service history, invoices, payments (processed by PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical: IP address, device/browser, pages visited, cookies or similar technologies.
4. Sources
• Directly from you (forms, uploads, calls, SMS, email).
• From your authorization to obtain credit information or to communicate with creditors/CRAs.
• From our service providers (billing, analytics, communications).
5. Purposes for Use
• Deliver services (credit education, drafting dispute letters per your direction), account setup, customer support.
• Authentication, security, fraud prevention.
• Billing, collections, bookkeeping, audits, compliance.
• Communications about your account, appointments, and legally-permitted marketing (you can opt out at any time).
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We share only as needed with:
• Service providers/contractors (payments, cloud hosting, email/SMS platforms) under confidentiality.
• Consumer Reporting Agencies/creditors with your authorization to facilitate disputes.
• Compliance and law enforcement when required by law.
• Business transfers (e.g., merger) with notice and continued protection.

7. Your Choices & Rights

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (access controls, encryption in transit where available, least-privilege access). No system is 100% secure.
9. Data Retention
We keep records as required by law and for legitimate business needs, then securely delete or de-identify.
10. Children
Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
11. Tennessee Breach Notice
If a security breach exposes unencrypted personal information, we will notify affected Tennessee residents without unreasonable delay and no later than 45 days after discovery, unless law enforcement requests a delay.
