1. Services

We provide financial education, guidance on budgeting and debt management, assistance preparing documents you request, and coaching on building positive financial habits. We are not a law firm, credit bureau, or lender, and we do not provide legal or tax advice.

2. Tennessee Registration & Compliance

Right Way Capital Solution operates as a financial services business in compliance with applicable Tennessee laws and federal consumer protection regulations. Where required, we maintain registration, licensing, and surety bonds as outlined by the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance.

3. Pricing & Billing

Your pricing will be stated on your order form (e.g., per completed service, monthly fee billed after monthly services, or flat fee upon delivery). Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card. Late payments may pause services.

4. Right to Cancel

You may cancel for any reason within three (3) business days of signing this Agreement. To cancel, email info@rightwcs.com or mail/deliver a signed, dated notice to our address. If you cancel, you owe no payment for unperformed services.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Do not submit false or misleading documentation.

• You are responsible for monitoring correspondence from financial institutions, creditors, or agencies, and promptly forwarding responses to us when relevant.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular loan approval, debt resolution, savings amount, or financial outcome. Results vary based on your individual history, actions, and participation.

7. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues month-to-month (or until the specified service package is delivered). You may cancel anytime (see Section 4). We may terminate for nonpayment or misuse, with notice.

8. Communications Consent (TCPA) & E-SIGN

You consent to receive calls and texts (including autodialed) at the number provided for service and account updates; consent isn’t a condition of purchase; message/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. Records may be delivered electronically under E-SIGN unless you withdraw consent.

9. Privacy & Information Security

Our handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). We comply with applicable federal and state financial privacy laws, and where required, provide notices and opt-out rights regarding data sharing.

10. Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first to resolve concerns. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the state and federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and governed by Tennessee law and applicable federal consumer protection laws. Nothing here waives your non-waivable legal rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Sever-ability; Entire Agreement; Changes

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. This Agreement plus your order form and Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. We may update these terms for legal or compliance reasons and will notify you of material changes.
